Rukatac
(Locally also known as Maraština) is a
dry white wine, lighter to medium bodied, with aromas of ripe citrus
fruit, apples and stone fruits. It typically has refreshing acidity which makes it perfect for the summer heat. It is served well chilled and paired with seafood or young cheese.

Made from Plavac mali grapes is a dry,
medium bodied wine with aromas of ripe strawberries and cherries. It is a bit more structured but keeps a good balance between acidity and alcohol.
It is served well chilled and paired with prosciutto, pastas and risottos with lighter sauces.

Dry red wine, medium plus to full bodied, with aromas of ripe, cooked and dried fruits such as sour cherries, plums, prunes, figs and carob. Oak aging contributes with aromas of sweet baking spices, vanilla, coconut or coffee. It is a bold red wine with a firm tannic structure and it pairs well with red
meat, venison and hard cheese.
